I met Paola at Bazaar Bizarre. She came to my booth toward the end of the day on Sunday, when I'd sold all but one of my oven mitts. The only one left was my pink peonies oven mitt, and she was not interested in having pink in her kitchen.



I gave her a business card with my email address and told her to email me if she'd like to see what other fabrics I have, and a few days later she did. She picked the green apple fabric, and I found some coordinating fabric for the innards in my stash.



Speaking of Bazaar Bizarre and oven mitts, Dr. Pants and I were surprised at how many people picked two up at the same time and did this:
